Country Road Bag

Ashley and her darling boyfriend Paul were just in Los Angeles this past week visiting! We had the best time drinking mudslides by the pool, having dinner at Eveleigh up the street and getting brunch at Kings Road Café slightly hung-over the next day. Paul was especially star struck when he saw Bindi Erwin and family by the hotel pool and Ash and I were equally as excited to see Kirk from Glee. All and all it was a wonderful visit, I am so glad we could all spend time together!

Ashley gave me the most amazing and useful present on her visit, a new Country Road bag (navy stripes). For those of you living in Australia I am sure you know all about the Country Road bag.  Back when I was taking Chinese Painting courses at Macquarie Uni, I felt like every single girl on campus had a different color Country Road bag. They are so popular over there! I am excited to use mine as a weekend travel bag. I love all the seasonal prints and colors they have available at the online store.  I can’t think of a better weekend travel bag available in the USA that would be comparable. A classic LL Bean canvas bag maybe but it lacks the colorful pattern charm.
