The most beautiful purple sky

Hollywood Park might not have the glitz and glamour of the Kentucky Derby or Melbourne Cup but it sure is fun! $2 beer and $1 hot dogs on Friday night’s followed by a free concert after the race, all for the bargain entrance price of $10 (with a printed coupon from online). I never won a single bet, but I had a great time trying. I guess picking the horse based on how much I like the name is not a sound strategy.

I picked Jet Set Girl…but she lost.
