What would Ke$ha do?

Ke$ha. She is fun, playful and is a little on the naughty side which always keep things interested. Although her songs may be criticized for lacking in depth, the same VERY important message is hidden under the pop beats throughout every song in her album. What is this meaningful and inspirational message? It is simple, Have fun.

Yes- I realize that it might not be the most responsible thing for a 24 year old young professional to be modeling her behavior after, but my rationalization is that if 40 is the new 30, then 24 is the new 14 and completely okay to drool over Justin Bieber and brush my teeth with a bottle of Jack.

 

Besides her attitude, the girl has got style… or maybe anti-style… regardless… The I got dressed in the dark look that she rocks with a “fuck off” attitude, is a look only a true rock star can pull off.

 

The components to Ke$ha’s style include a sporadic mix of sequined bootie shorts, textured tights (holes are essential), combat boots, leather accents and an occasional brass knuckle or one glove. Top this off with makeup that would make David Bowie jealous and a layer of glitter and the ensemble is complete.

 

 

So, we ask ourselves: W.W.Ke$ha.D?

 

 

Hair:

Ke$ha is messy, like her mom let her out of the house before she could brush her hair.

For this look, take a nap (bed head base is essential) then for Cali festival hair, add feathers.

 

 

Clothing:

Shack up with a tattoo artist or someone from a biker gang and steal his shirt. Wear over minimal clothing.

 

 

Makeup:

This look requires the most time in preparing the look, at least 12 hours. Here are the steps.

1.)Put on makeup the night before

2.) Go out and drink heavily

3.) Cry

4.) Go to sleep immediately after

5.) Reapply glitter in the morning.

 

 

Spelling and Grammar:

You got to walk the walk, talk the talk. Add money signs in place of any “sh” sound:

Ex/ Sea$hell, Champion$hip, $hocking

Take out unnecessary consonants:

Ex/ Tic-Toc, $hip wrec, Big Buc Hunter

   Although, I wonder why she left the ‘K’ on the front of her own name? Tic-Toc indeed.
