Tomorrow, I am going to my first ever horse race – The Sydney Cup. In true race fashion, I had to go out a buy a fascinator to complete my look. I didn’t want to go too girly and bright considering it is almost winter here. I opted for a sleeker look: black fascinator and dress, lace tights with booties, gold accents, vintage purse,and a bright mauve lip. Very striking but still race appropriate. I am most excited to break out my new Chanel Coco Rouge. Will need to go easy on the champagne tomorrow though or by late afternoon, I will have red lip stick all over my face (never a good look).

   Ash this sounds beautiful! I love a good red lip! I want to see pictures! Hope you have a great time…it sounds like a blast!
