Use: To be ingested or used as a topical gel to promote healthy skin, hair and nails.
Application: Easy but friggin weird! – don’t be scared. It looks all slimy but just put a teaspoon into water, protein shakes or anything liquid once a day and watch the magic happen.
Price: Medium, $40 – a bit pricey for the simpe fact that you are buying a supplement.
Score: 9/10
Review: I have been taking this product for 10 days and I can already tell a massive difference in my skin, hair and especially my nails! My hair has a beautiful shine, my skin in less congested, and my nails are long and strong. You can also put this on minor acne or wounds on your body. I prefer to put a tablespoon in a protein shake (I do get some odd looks at work when I do this) but you can also mix it with water. The best part, it has NO taste.
The consistency is quite strange – it reminds me of aloe vera but clear. The idea is that the main ingredient of silica (or silicon) helps to strengthen skin, hair, nails, and connective tissue. I don’t see a real danger because Silica is actually found in some food that we eat. I would advise though maybe just to finish a bottle and then repeat maybe twice a year.
