Paperdolls Style International began in 2009 when Ashley made the big move to Australia and she and best friend Heather wanted an interactive way to share their fashion and beauty discoveries with one another. They love to digest the constantly changing fashion and beauty industries for friends and family, and are always in search of a great vintage boutique or beauty tip. These girls love an adventure and need no reminder not to take life too seriously.  Recently Heather and Ashley have seen close friends spread out to cities including London, Sao Paulo, Sydney, New York and Los Angeles, and these posts help them stay in touch.  They love pointing out what’s unique about where they live, but usually find themselves reminded that when you take a closer look we’re all more alike than different. Heather and Ashley love a great star-studded bash but are also equally elated getting cozy with a glass of wine and a classic Lauren Bacall film.

Heather Tines writes on all things fashion. She loves simplifying the dramatics of the industry for her friends and is a constant reminder to those around her that anyone can achieve personal style.  Heather loves traveling and spending time outdoors reading a colorful coffee table book.  She resides in West Hollywood, CA.  Most days you can find her by the turtle pond at Greystone Mansion.

Ashley has always been the go-to beauty gal for her friends and family. Growing up in the pageant world means she knows the brands, products and tools backwards and forwards. She loves deciphering expert tricks for everyday purposes and has a fix for every possible beauty dilemma. Ash has lived in Sydney, Australia (Paddington) for nearly two years. You’ll find her meandering Oxford Street with a skim capp after her Bikram yoga class.
